Our Residential and Commercial Delivery Solutions
We ship anywhere within the United States using one of the following type of shipping services; Small Parcel Freight Delivery, Standard Motor Freight Delivery and White Glove Delivery. Moreover, we provide free shipping within the continental (CONTL) United States (Inland, Mainland). If you require a different delivery solution other than what is being offered by us on any item, for example standard motor freight to indoor delivery, simply let us know. Please note, additional charges will apply for any upgraded delivery service request which is not being offered with our free shipping offer on any one item or items collectively.
Alaska and Hawaii
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to areas that are not considered to be within the boundaries of the continental (Inland, Mainland of the) United States. We do offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, however the shipping cost does apply to each order based on your purchase and location. Please contact a sales associate for a shipping quote to your location.

Small Parcel Freight deliveries are shipped without requiring a signature. No signature required for a/each delivery is an operating policy of the small parcel freight companies operating within the United States. Simply let us know if you require a signature for your small parcel freight delivery. Please note that this enhanced service is not included within our free shipping policy and an additional small fee may be required for this service to be implemented.
Standard and White Glove Deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Exceptions can be made with the standard motor freight deliveries. However, we require a written confirmation that the customer is aware of the problems that could arise from not signing for a delivery which may include missing or damaged merchandise not properly documented on the shipping papers by the represented trucking company.
Small Parcel Freight Deliveries are determined based on box dimensions, dimensional weight and actual weight. When a package is within the required box dimensions and weight specified by our preferred shipping companies, an order is shipped using one of our small parcel delivery service providers. Please note, we reserve the right to use other reputable small parcel delivery companies that can provide an alternative delivery solution for our customer within specific region of the country.
If you prefer us to ship your order using a company that you prefer, simply let us know. We will accommodate if we have the companyís shipping service available to us. Moreover, if your desired company is more expensive than the one we would have use based on your location and cost, additional charges may apply to accommodate you the shipping company that you prefer.
Our preferred provided delivery solutions for small parcel shipments are UPS and FedEx.
Standard Ground Service: The specific service used with small parcel freight deliveries is Standard Ground Service. Deliveries are delivered at the speed of standard transit time offered by the specific operating procedures of the freight company responsible for the delivery of any one order being shipped.
Expedited delivery services known as Next Day Air, 2 and 3-day delivery times are available for an additional fee and are not available with our free shipping offer. However, these additional services above our standard shipping service that isnít included with our free shipping policy is subject to the item(s) being purchased and the availability of the item. Items that require painting and/or cushions require more time to process. Moreover, many of our items can be very expensive to ship using an expedited service because of box dimensions, dimensional weight, actual weight and the air shipping involved.
Small Parcel Freight Ground Delivery Service is included with any free shipping offer marked small parcel freight delivery noted on every item page. Our customers receive an automated email with the tracking information and service provider which is provided after orders are shipped, sent by email to the provided email address which is provided during the time of purchase by the customer.
If multiple small parcel items were ordered, more than one shipping company may be used and/or shipping maybe upgraded to a truck shipment to consolidate the shipping costs at no additional charge to the customer. We reserve the right to change and choose the best possible shipping options based on your location within the United States, on a per order basis from one of our preferred shipping companies. If it is not possible for a large truck to complete your delivery, please let us know at the time of your purchase.
Curbside delivery is our basic freight delivery service
Trucking company contacts you by phone before making a delivery
Merchandise is delivered to an appropriate dry place nearest to point of access, car port, garage or front porch. The trucking company reserves the right to offer curb side delivery service with this service and merchandise is delivered to/at your curb. Customer is responsible for moving your merchandise into your home, to your property to be safely protected. Customer is responsible with removal and disposal of packaging materials.

If you prefer more assistance and this service is not already offered on any of the item(s) being considered for purchase, contact us to be upgraded to white glove for an additional fee.
If indoor delivery service is included with your purchase and you prefer not have this type of service, please contact us and we can certainly change the service where possible to suit your preference.

Wicker Home & Patio Furniture is committed to providing the highest level of delivery service possible to our customers by measuring delivery performance. Choosing the most proven delivery companies is very important to us and we strive to only use highly rated and reputable delivery companies with years of experience. Because we believe the delivery experience is just as important as the purchase we look for delivery companies who have courteous delivery drivers who value our customers as theirs and are neat in appearance while giving extreme care to the merchandise being delivered keeping our damage ratios at their lowest possible. We are not able to ship small parcel or truck shipments to a Post Office Box
All truck shipments require inspection for any damages and a signature by the receiving (customer) party or person on their behalf.
All Delivery Dates are "estimated delivery dates" provided by our chosen delivery companies and are always subject to change per the shipping company's schedule and operating procedures. Busy seasons, road and weather conditions can cause an estimated delivery date to change. The companies that provide us with shipping services are separate entities and are not owned or operated by Wicker Home & Patio Furniture. We have do not have the decision making ability to change their operating schedules or business operating procedures.
If you have received damaged item(s), please contact Wicker Home & Patio Furniture by email or phone (800) 859-5944 within 2 days from date of delivery to make the necessary arrangements for new item(s) to be reshipped and the damaged item(s) to be picked up AT NO EXPENSE TO OUR CUSTOMER.
Receiving your order when shipped using standard motor truck freight and indoor delivery: Taking the time to inspect a delivery with the driver present helps narrow down the possibilities of how an item became damaged. When an item is clearly too damaged it may be better to not accept the item, noting this on the bill of lading and allowing the freight or small package delivery company to keep possession of the item(s). However, some occasions, only the packaging may be damaged while the item(s) maybe safe and secure within the packaging. Describing any damage to the packaging and/or merchandise on the bill of lading with the delivery driver present helps Wicker Home & Patio Furniture recover the cost when filing a claim with the shipping company and ensures that our customer receives prompt compensation or complete replacement of any damaged items that were noted on the driver's bill of lading. Customer maybe responsible to file their own claim "IF" any damaged items are not noted on the delivery ticket at the time of the delivery. Defective material or poor workmanship are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
